Freeman & MacLean, P.C.’s COVID-19 Related Client Services and Resources

January 2021

Freeman & MacLean, P.C. is actively monitoring the impact of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the United States and across the state of Montana. In this difficult time, Freeman & MacLean, P.C. stands by its commitment to provide the highest quality legal and compliance services to our clients. We will continue to prioritize the health and safety of our community, while meeting the legal needs of our clients. Our goal is to offer innovative and timely solutions to the evolving challenges presented by COVID-19 to our clients.

Freeman & MacLean, P.C. remains open for business. The Firm is focusing on the use of remote technology to maximize “social distancing” and minimize the potential impact of COVID-19, both within the Firm and our community. Attorneys and support staff have been given the option to work remotely, and the Firm will have reduced staff in its main office to manage essential business functions.

During this time of uncertainty, we expect our phone and email systems will continue to run in their ordinary course. Additionally, attorneys with Freeman & MacLean, P.C. have increased their availability to address questions and requests from clients, attend teleconferences and video conferences, and communicate with federal, state and local health officials, in order to ensure the Firm remains informed on the status of COVID-19 to serve our clients.
